Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Analyst, Commercial in Pakistan to drive nationwide growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with management, independently driving analyses and presenting findings to stakeholders.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in strategic analysis, with strong SQL and Tableau skills, and a customer-centric mindset to translate data into business actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, data science or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning and execution.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical skills and business sense to build strong business cases.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytical tools to provide insights and recommendations for nationwide commercial growth.
• Conduct data analysis to provide visibility to stakeholders and unlock growth opportunities.
• Identify and track KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Develop KPI dashboards, reports and presentations to set monthly targets.
• Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans from idea to launch and growth.
• Support the development and execution of a robust portfolio strategy.
