Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a motivated Collections Agent to manage a queue of delinquent accounts and drive repayment through telephone and written communications. The role involves negotiating settlements, maintaining customer records in Finn1, and working toward defined targets in a fast-paced environment.

The chosen candidate will perform high-volume calls, identify and escalate irregularities, and collaborate with the Team Leader to resolve difficult cases while adhering to process standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate with 2-3 years of work experience.
• Strong product knowledge and banksys familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a queue of delinquent accounts with tele-calling.
• Use Finn1 to contact customers and negotiate repayment plans.
• Follow up on promises to ensure payments are received.
• Identify potential skips and fraud and escalate to Team Leader.
• Propose settlements to recover delinquent balances.
• Update customer contact details in Finn1 and process billing changes.
• Attend team meetings and report issues with solutions.
• Route complex cases to the Team Leader.
• Meet performance targets set by the Team Leader.
