The role

In line with ongoing and upcoming climate resilience, coastal infrastructure, and water resources initiatives, expressions of interest are invited for a Coastal Engineering Team Leader position based in Hyderabad, Pakistan.

The role suits a senior engineer who can lead complex coastal infrastructure, flood risk, and climate resilience assignments in line with international standards and best practices.

Suitable Applicants Will Have/be

• Master’s degree in Coastal Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in coastal engineering, flood risk management, water resources, drainage, or climate resilience projects.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Technical Lead, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, design review, quality assurance, and implementation support of large-scale coastal, flood management, drainage, or resilience infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on projects financed by international development agencies, multilateral institutions, or donor organizations will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
