JazzCash seeks an Expert Technology Operations professional in Islamabad to ensure continuous system and application availability. You will monitor performance, handle incidents, and coordinate with partners for resolutions. A background in DFS technologies and Linux is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with cloud native environments (OpenShift/K8s).
• Knowledge of DFS Technologies and its working.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 system and application support.
• Monitor and optimize application and system performance.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with vendors/backends for resolution.
• Track incidents and perform health checks and maintenance tasks.
• Automate existing processes and analyze data/ trends.
