Job summary

JazzWorld invites an Expert Data Center Infrastructure Operations professional to lead passive infrastructure across Data Centers and core sites in Lahore. The role centers on ensuring availability, performance and modernization aligned with ISO/TIA standards and AI-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with Planning, Technology, and external partners to optimize energy use, drive PUE improvements and deliver greenfield projects while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ICT passive infrastructure, Data Centers and power systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Systems Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of TIA-942 Rated III and Uptime Tier III with data center power and cooling experience.
• Experience in ICT/Core Passive Infrastructure project management and stakeholder management.
• Interest in AI, automation and infrastructure digitalization.
• CDCP, CDFOM or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data Center passive infrastructure performance and availability.
• Oversee O&M of DGs, ATS, UPS, rectifiers, batteries, FDSS and precision cooling systems.
• Lead PUE optimization, energy efficiency and OPEX reduction initiatives.
• Monitor infrastructure performance through DCIM and other tools.
• Drive Data Center modernization, expansion and greenfield projects.
• Ensure readiness against ISO 27001 physical security, PTA and TIA-942 requirements.
• Optimize white-space, power and cooling utilization; forecast capacity and end-of-life.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation and process improvement.
• Strengthen governance through SOP reviews, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure asset, inventory and vendor/invoice management across Data Centers and Core sites.
