Job summary

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Product Analytics specialist in Islamabad to drive data-led decision-making for wealth management products and lending solutions. You will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform product development and optimization across lending, savings, insurance, and investments.

You will build AI/ML models, conduct advanced analyses, create real-time dashboards, and work with cross-functional teams to turn insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, CS, statistics or related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data science, ML, or advanced analytics, preferably fintech.
• Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Understanding of credit scoring, risk analytics, and financial modelling is preferred.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven product insights & development for wealth and lending products.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for credit scoring, segmentation, churn, and recommendations.
• Maintain end-to-end model lifecycle: feature engineering, training, validation, monitoring.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Python, R, SQL, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Build real-time dashboards and KPI trackers across lending, savings, insurance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models and feedback loops.
