Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership roles.
• Proficient in .NET / .NET Core, SQL, and backend architecture.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.
• Hands-on with AWS or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, FinTech, OTT, or similar high-scale platforms.
• Proven engineering leadership and technical decision-making with ownership beyond coding.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, observability, and AI-driven development.
• Ability to align architecture with scalability and business goals while balancing delivery speed.
• Strong mentorship to uphold high engineering standards.
• Ability to represent technical direction internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical design of enterprise-grade systems, with ownership of scalability, security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineering teams and define engineering standards.
• Drive cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and Azure environments.
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions and solution design.
• Ensure disciplined development practices, including CI/CD, documentation, code reviews, and testing.
• Promote AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices.
