Allmedex is seeking talented closers for its FE Campaign, working the night shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM) with a salary range of PKR 50,000 to PKR 150,000 plus lucrative bonuses. Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply, with freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

Ideal candidates will have strong verbal communication, active listening, and closing skills, plus a disciplined approach to data entry and meeting campaign targets.

Qualifications

• Confident verbal communication and persuasive, customer-focused conversation skills.
• Active listening to identify prospect needs and respond to objections.
• Closing and follow-up discipline, including guiding prospects toward a decision without misrepresenting the offer.
• Comfort working toward measurable campaign goals and maintaining consistent activity.
• Clear and accurate data entry, call notes, and prospect status tracking.
• Professional telephone manner and patience when handling varied customer responses.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow campaign procedures.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn the team's customer management tools and scripts.
