The candidate should have 3–6 years of postgraduate administrative or clinical operations experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, plus a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a clinical field. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of postgraduate administrative or clinical operations experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (clinical professional qualification).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic office or health management software.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day clinical workflows, patient service points, and facility scheduling or staffing.
• Quality & Compliance: Monitor adherence to medical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (such as GCP or local health guidelines).
• Team Leadership: Supervise clinical support staff or team leads, conduct performance reviews, and organize staff training.
• Process Improvement: Partner with senior management to execute action plans for better patient experiences, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between frontline medical staff and upper management, resolving operational bottlenecks.
