Qualifications

• Higher education in a technical or environmental field; engineering with finance/economics background.
• 1+ year of work experience in energy, mining, or oil and gas industries.
• Practical experience with ESG reporting under international standards.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong document preparation and presentation development skills.
• Critical thinking, broad intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn new things.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainability strategies and KPIs for clients.
• Assist ESG reporting systems and the preparation of sustainability reports.
• Provide independent assurance of non-financial reports under international standards.
• Support in obtaining or improving companies’ ESG ratings.
• Advise on climate change matters, including strategies and control tools.
