Perpetual Beacon is seeking a full-time Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Lahore. This is a strictly on-site position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our U.S.-based healthcare clients while ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Our clients primarily include physician practices, behavioral health organizations, medical groups, clinics, ambulatory care providers, and other healthcare organizations. The Client Relationship Executive serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are understood, communicated internally, and resolved promptly.
The successful candidate will coordinate closely with operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), credentialing, scheduling, prior authorization, compliance, technology, and leadership teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and consistent delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities include conducting regular client meetings, tracking action items, providing progress updates, managing escalations, monitoring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, supporting contract renewals and account growth, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions.
This role requires exceptional professionalism, outstanding communication skills, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to build long-term trust with physicians, practice administrators, office managers, and healthcare executives.
This position follows U.S. business hours and requires working permanent night shifts in Pakistan.
This is a strictly on-site role. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
