This position follows U.S. business hours and requires working permanent night shifts in Pakistan.

This is a strictly on-site role. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services, and long-term partnership development.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ownership.
  • Prepare client reports, performance updates, and executive summaries as required.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, relationship-building, and client service abilities.
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with physicians, practice administrators, office managers, and healthcare executives.
  • Experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Business Relationship Management, Healthcare Operations, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, credentialing, scheduling, prior authorization, or healthcare administrative services is highly preferred.
