The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in client servicing or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a presentable, professional demeanor based in Lahore.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, business development, or digital media-related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Based in Lahore; self-motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and business partners to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
• Identify, approach, and onboard prospective clients to expand MNA Digital's portfolio of services effectively.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proactive follow-ups to understand and address client needs.
• Collaborate with internal digital, content, operations, and management teams to design and implement solutions that satisfy client requirements.
• Prepare and present well-structured proposals, commercial offers, and presentations in coordination with the management to support client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities, ensuring continuous business development.
• Support smooth onboarding processes for new clients while ensuring clear and ongoing communication post-onboarding.
• Identify opportunities within existing client accounts to generate additional business and expand service offerings.
• Represent MNA Digital professionally at industry meetings, networking events, and other professional gatherings to enhance company visibility and relationships.
• Communicate regularly with clients and management to provide updates on business opportunities, client feedback, and evolving market requirements.
• Stay informed about digital media trends, social platforms, and online advertising to provide relevant insights and solutions to clients.
