Digital Auxilius is seeking a focused Business Development Executive to grow our client base and ensure satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and participate in meetings during US hours.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in business development or account management, strong communication skills, and a knack for data-driven decision making. Karachi-based onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of business development or account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data collection, tracking and analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high client satisfaction and provide excellent service.
• Build and nurture relationships to retain and grow accounts.
• Communicate with clients via Teams, phone and email to understand needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests quickly and accurately.
• Resolve client issues and track ongoing tasks.
• Analyze consumer data to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Handle several projects focusing on results and quality.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Adjust schedules to align with US meeting times.
