Job summary

IDR is seeking a proactive Analyst to liaison between clients and its network of experts. You will identify, recruit and onboard subject matter experts, coordinate consultations, and maintain compliant records while ensuring high client satisfaction.

With 0–2 years experience, you will work onsite in Islamabad, supporting international teams and gaining exposure to diverse industries and research methods within a dynamic professional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management sciences, business administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage with professionals across industries.
• Familiarity with the expert network industry and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and project goals to align deliverables and timelines.
• Identify, recruit and screen SMEs for qualitative and quantitative projects.
• Engage with experts and oversee onboarding to ensure fit and compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations with accurate calendars and stakeholders.
