ECSP - Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt) Limited seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, oversight, and governance. The role demands extensive experience in financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, and internal controls within large organizations.

The CFO will steer annual budgets and forecasts, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize cash flow while guiding strategic decisions at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal financial controls.
• At least 7 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles in reputable large public sector or corporate organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and financial governance framework.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to ensure financial stability.

Job description

The chief financial officer shall be responsible for ensuring that appropriate advice is given to the Board on all financial matters, for keeping proper financial records and accounts, and Maintaining an effective system of internal financial control

Lead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and financial governance framework. Develop and manage annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.

Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to ensure financial stability.

Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management systems.

Provide strategic financial insights to support executive management in decision-making and business expansion.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, ICMA ACCA, ICAEW); or
• Master's degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or equivalent qualification
