Job summary

The Citizen Foundation invites applications for a Student Development Instructor – Life Orientation at TCF College in Karachi. You will deliver the Life Orientation curriculum grounded in CASEL, provide counseling, and lead the student development calendar with a focus on socio-emotional growth, academic transitions, and career guidance.

You will implement mental health awareness campaigns, collaborate with college leadership, and measure impact through feedback and metrics.

Qualifications

Mastery of CASEL framework and five core competencies.
Excellent active listening and socio-emotional guidance.
Ability to design and manage student development calendars and events.
Knowledge of mental health well-being strategies and crisis referral.
Strong communication and group facilitation to engage youth.
Maintain confidential case notes and track program metrics.

Responsibilities

Deliver Life Orientation curriculum using CASEL-aligned methods.
Provide individual and group counseling for academic and socio-emotional concerns.
Own the end-to-end student development calendar and events.
Design mental health awareness campaigns and staff training initiatives.
Collaborate with College Leadership Team to align programs with college goals.
Document cases, gather feedback, and report on outcomes.
