RMT Enterprise is seeking an Academic and Career Counselor to join our Lahore and Karachi offices. You will provide individualized guidance to students on choosing courses, planning careers, and aligning academic paths with long-term goals.

Responsibilities include administering assessments, creating action plans, delivering workshops, maintaining confidential records, coordinating with faculty, and supporting students through transitions to higher education and employment opportunities.

• Provide personalized counseling to students regarding academic choices, career options, and personal development.
• Conduct academic and career assessments to identify students’ strengths, interests, and areas for improvement.
• Assist students in setting realistic educational and career goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
• Offer guidance on course selection, career pathways, and transitions between academic programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, assessments, and progress in compliance with institutional policies.
• Coordinate with faculty, administration, and external resources to support student development and wellbeing.
• Manage multiple student cases simultaneously, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to inquiries and applications.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or workshops on academic planning, career readiness, and related topics.
• Monitor trends in education and employment to provide up-to-date advice and counseling services.
• Facilitate referrals to other professional services when needed, including mental health support and external organizations.
• Develop and maintain a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust with students.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance counseling techniques and knowledge of student services.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all counseling activities.
