Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Doctorate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and educational management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all academic and administrative activities on campus to ensure smooth operation and high standards of education.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs and campus facilities.
• Monitor and manage campus budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that supports the well-being and development of students and staff.
• Build strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to promote collaboration and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Organise and participate in meetings, seminars, and other events to promote campus initiatives and achievements.
