Job description

Overview

Spread Your Wings with Fly Jinnah: Join Our Cabin Crew Team in Karachi. Are you ready to turn your warmth, resilience, and passion for service into a career that takes you places? Fly Jinnah, Pakistan's fastest‑growing low‑cost carrier, is looking for cheerful, professional, and safety‑focused individuals to join our Cabin Crew based in Karachi. If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, genuinely enjoys helping others, and wants to be the welcoming face that defines a passenger's journey, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

More Than a Smile at 30,000 Feet.

  • Getting Ready for Takeoff – You'll arrive on time, well‑groomed, and legally fit to fly. After attending the pre‑flight briefing to understand flight details, team roles, safety checks, and boarding procedures, you'll walk through the cabin to ensure everything is in place—emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials are fully stocked and ready.
  • Keeping Everyone Safe – Safety is always our first priority. You'll guide passengers through safety procedures, stay alert for any security or safety risks, and work closely with your Cabin Supervisor to address concerns following our standard operating procedures. If a medical issue arises, you're prepared to administer first aid. You'll also promptly report any irregularities or malfunctions to your Supervisor, the flight crew, or the Captain.
  • Delivering Genuine Hospitality – From the warm welcome at the door to assisting with boarding formalities, you'll make every passenger feel seen and supported. You'll attend to individual requests, help travelers who may be stressed or struggling, and keep accurate records in the aircraft logbook as required by Fly Jinnah and civil aviation authorities.
  • Driving Onboard Engagement – You'll also play a key role in sharing what makes Fly Jinnah special—by promoting onboard meals, products, and our Charity Cloud program. Your friendly approach will help achieve team sales targets while giving passengers the option to contribute to meaningful causes. You'll handle all cash and credit card payments securely and professionally.
  • Wrapping Up Each Flight – After landing, you'll assist with thorough cabin cleaning during transit stops, ensure re‑catering and duty‑free products are restocked, and coordinate a smooth handover with cleaning or maintenance teams. You'll complete post‑flight reports, provide feedback on the flight's operations, and account for sealed duty‑free containers. When designated by the Captain, you may even step into the Cabin Supervisor role.
  • Growing With Us – To keep your skills sharp, you'll attend regular training sessions, emergency drills, and workshops to maintain your license and stay current on the latest safety and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Education – A Higher Secondary Certificate or diploma is acceptable. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is a plus.
  • Health & Fitness – You must be fit to fly, with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
  • Personality – You're presentable, naturally friendly, and able to keep a cheerful and positive attitude even when things get stressful.
  • Service Orientation – You genuinely understand and care about meeting customer needs and requests.
  • Resilience – You can handle difficult situations or upset passengers without ever compromising Fly Jinnah's reputation.
  • Alertness – You're focused, able to spot irregularities, and respond to threats or emergencies efficiently.
  • Drive – You're proactive, self‑motivated, and enjoy contributing to team success.
  • Communication – You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization – You manage your time well and solve problems effectively.
  • Tech Skills – You're comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Language – You speak English fluently. Additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer‑facing role within aviation or hospitality.
  • An active cabin crew license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work shifts, extended hours, and adapt to changing schedules.
  • A track record of delivering results in line with policies, procedures, and KPIs.
