Job summary

Pakistan International Airlines is seeking confident, service-minded individuals to represent the airline on every journey. You will deliver a safe, courteous in-flight experience, perform safety checks, and assist with boarding and passenger needs while upholding grooming and service standards.

Based in Islamabad or Lahore, candidates should be 20–28 years old with a minimum bachelor's degree and willingness to relocate as needed. English fluency is essential, with extra languages a plus.

• Support crew coordination and adhere to PIA's grooming, conduct, and service protocols
• Assist with boarding, disembarkation, and passengers requiring special assistance
• Uphold PIA's brand and values as a frontline ambassador of the airline

What We're Looking For

• 20–28 years at the time of application
• Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• Job Location: Islamabad & Lahore (must be based in or willing to relocate to either city)

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage
• Candidates holding a valid flying/cabin crew authorization will be preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, composure under pressure, and a genuine passion for service

Physical & Medical Standards

• Must meet required aviation medical standards, including color-vision screening for safety-related duties
• Professional grooming and presentation required, with no visible tattoos or piercings

Character

• Clear character and antecedents (background verification required)
