PRIME BPO in Rawalpindi is hiring a confident and experienced Business Development Specialist (FE Closer) to close final expense sales. This on-site, full-time night-shift role requires ownership of high-value conversions and strong closing skills.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Final Expense closing experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work night shifts. This position offers an uncapped bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists.
• Overcome objections professionally while staying within compliance and insurance regulations.
• Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure customer commitment.
• Accurately process and document closed sales in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the verification team to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Maintain a high close rate while meeting quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion where appropriate.
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training or targets.

close Final Expense sales for our branch in Saddar Rawalpindi. This is a full time, on site role for experienced
closers ready to take ownership of high-value conversions.

Key Responsibilities
