Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks a Business Development Data Analyst to maintain accurate BD data across internal systems and support real-time data entry and reporting.

The role requires reading clinical trial protocols, strong critical thinking, and ownership over data quality, with clinical research experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least one year of clinical research experience preferred.
• Current DM employee with knowledge of our data systems preferred.
• Strong ownership and accountability for assigned work.
• Ability to read and understand clinical trial protocols.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of clinical research and data entry practices.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL Server queries and BI tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and errors, and correct or report them.
• Review and interpret study documentation as needed.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve data issues, workflow gaps, and reporting discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity across large-scale databases and BD tracking systems.
• Support team productivity through additional duties as assigned.

The Business Development Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and reliable business development data across internal systems. This role supports the BD team by entering and updating data in realtime, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring high-quality reporting and workflow continuity. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and takes full ownership of their work while demonstrating a strong understandingof research operations and data entry standards.
