Job summary

TechloSet Solutions in Pakistan is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. You will generate new business opportunities through Upwork and outbound B2B sales, identify and connect with potential clients, and craft professional proposals.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, and contribute to achieving business development targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Upwork Bidding.
• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder.
• Strong B2B business development and client acquisition skills.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good technical knowledge of software/IT services.
• Strong proposal-writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
