Job summary

Nestlé Karachi Zonal Sales Office is seeking an IT Systems and Applications Specialist to support and maintain sales IT systems and business apps across the South region. You will manage user access, resolve tickets, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure data accuracy and system performance.

You will contribute to timely resolution, health checks, asset management, and user training, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to optimize sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems, business applications, databases, or cloud services.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Strong data management, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Support: Ensure seamless functionality of sales applications and resolve issues.
• User Access Management: Manage user accounts, access rights, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• IT Support: Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs, escalating complex issues where required.
• Application Support: Coordinate with IT teams and suppliers on application issues, system changes, SKU updates, and enhancements.
• System Performance: Conduct regular application health checks to ensure effective system utilization, reporting, and data accuracy.
• IT Assets & Training: Maintain IT asset records, conduct periodic audits, and facilitate user training on applications and IT assets.
• Project Coordination: Support IT initiatives and maintain effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.

POSITION SUMMARY

Support and maintain IT systems and business applications to ensure seamless sales operations, data accuracy, and system performance across the South region.
