Job summary

Honeysuckle Gelato in Lahore is seeking a skilled business analyst to drive requirements engineering across the full project lifecycle, including post-production support. You will gather, validate, and document requirements, create use cases and test scripts, and facilitate client demos and trainings.

Strong English communication, analytical mindset, and business acumen are essential; a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Create requirements documents and use cases for proposed solutions.
• Develop test scripts and lead testing efforts.
• Deliver demos and presentations about the application to clients.
• Prepare end-user training manuals and provide knowledge transfer.
• Identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure issues are tracked, reported and resolved timely.

• Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry
• Responsible for conducting requirements gathering sessions
• Responsible for creating requirements document
• Responsible for creating use cases document
• Responsible for creating test scripts
• Responsible for requirements verification and testing
• Responsible for conducting demos and presentations about the application
• Responsible for creating end user training manuals
• Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
• Leads testing efforts
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
• Works with client personnel to identify required changes
• Communicates needed changes to development team
• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
• Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
