Job summary

NOMC invites a Finance professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting and payments across telecom network operations. You will lead the annual budgeting cycle, collaborate with function heads for inputs, and monitor variances to guide senior management with actionable insights.

You will implement robust payment controls, evaluate contracts for savings, and model scenarios to assess financial impact. This role requires governance with internal policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, payments and vendor management experience.
• Experience in telecom or technology sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process for telecom network operations.
• Prepare detailed forecasts including operational and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with function heads to gather inputs and assumptions.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, provide insights to senior management.
• Track investment and capitalization targets for NOMC department.
• Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models for financial impact.
• Conduct regular contract reviews for cost-saving opportunities and value for money.
• Manage payment processes for vendors, ensuring timely disbursements and compliance.
• Verify payments against contracts, POs, and receipts; maintain controls.
• Prepare payment reports and provide cash flow insights.
