Job summary

Codistan is seeking a skilled videographer to own video production from setup to delivery. You will operate professional cameras, manage lighting, and use stabilizers for brand shoots, social media content, and events.

You’ll collaborate on shot lists and storyboards with the creative team and may independently manage shoots. Footage will be organized for easy handover to post-production, while gear is cared for on set.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on videography and camera operation.
• Good understanding of professional lighting setups.
• Strong framing, composition and visual storytelling.
• Experience handling gimbals and stabilization equipment.
• Ability to manage technical shoot requirements independently.
• Understanding of audio basics and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle professional camera operation for brand shoots, social media content and events.
• Independently manage complete shoot setups when required.
• Set up and manage lighting based on location and creative needs.
• Handle gimbals and stabilization equipment confidently.
• Ensure footage is captured, organized and handed to post-production.
• Maintain and protect cameras, lenses and gear during shoots.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues on set.
• Work on-studio and on-location as needed.
