Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and range.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Experience with social media content creation.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Design visual content for digital and print media including brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and event materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing assets.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and ECA teams to develop creative concepts.
Create motion graphics, infographics, and illustrations as needed.
Edit and retouch photographs for institutional use.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with current design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.
Prepare final files for print production and digital publication.
