Job summary

Scaleup Connect is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper for a part-time role. You will maintain daily financial records, handle multi-currency accounting (EUR, USD, AED, PKR), and reconcile Amazon transactions to keep our books accurate.

You will have the opportunity to streamline and automate accounting workflows, collaborate with external accountants, and produce monthly reports while enjoying flexible hours and a structured, detail-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with multi-currency transactions.
• Good communication with external accountants.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-currency accounting (EUR, USD, AED & PKR).
• Record sales, purchases, supplier payments, customer receipts, and business expenses.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile Amazon transactions.
• Coordinate with external accountants as needed.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting workflows.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll maintain daily financial records, manage multi-currency accounting, handle Amazon/e-commerce reconciliations, and help streamline and automate our accounting processes.
