Job summary

Taimur Shah Group Pvt Ltd in Islamabad is seeking an experienced Building Management Systems Engineer to lead BMS projects from tender to handover. The role requires hands-on work in proposal development, engineering design, programming, testing and commissioning of building automation and ELV/MEP systems, with a focus on HVAC controls.

Candidates should be proficient in selecting DDC controllers, configuring BACnet/Modbus networks, developing system architecture, and delivering commissioning

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in proposal development, engineering design, programming, testing, commissioning, and integration of BMS/ELV/MEP systems.
• Experience in developing technical and commercial proposals and system/network architecture.
• Familiarity with multiple BMS platforms and communication protocols.
• Ability to support project execution from tender to system handover.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specs, drawings and Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with BOMs and estimates.
• Develop BMS system and network architecture, I/O schedules and control schematics.
• Configure and program BMS/DDC controllers and supervisory systems.
• Test and commission HVAC control sequences, verify BACnet/Modbus communications.
• Prepare testing and commissioning reports and handover documentation.
