Job summary

PRG Pakistan is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our medical billing operations across Lahore, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. You will drive accuracy, productivity and regulatory compliance while mentoring a growing billing team.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in medical billing, deep knowledge of US payer guidelines, and a proven track record of delivering results. This is an on-site role with opportunities for professional growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Medical Billing experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Deep understanding of US medical billing, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of managing billing teams and achieving results.

Job description

PRG Pakistan is looking for an experienced Billing Manager to become a part of our expanding teams in our offices in Lahore, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have the understanding of the medical billing platforms and experience as a team lead or in a similar role with excellent leadership skills. This is an on-site job. Requirements:

• 8+ years of Medical Billing experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Assistant Manager
• Deep understanding of US medical billing, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of managing billing teams and achieving results
• Familiarity with billing platforms such as Kareo, ECW (eClinicalWorks), Officeally, Tebra, ChiroTouch etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with billing software are essential
