Job description

PRG Pakistan is looking for an experienced Associate Director-Billing Operations to join our multiple offices in Lahore, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. The most suitable candidate should be a leader at heart, with the deep understanding of the medical billing platforms with a result-driven approach. This an on-site job, residents of the same city should apply only. Females are encourages to apply.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of Medical Billing experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager
• Deep understanding of US medical billing, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of managing billing teams and achieving results
• Familiarity with billing platforms such as Kareo, ECW (eClinicalWorks), Officeally, Tebra, ChiroTouch etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with billing software are essential
