Job summary

JazzWorld is hiring for a Team Lead Digital Billing in Lahore/Islamabad to lead accurate, timely billing for Fixed, M2M, Cloud and SI portfolios. You will report to the Stream Head Billing and Invoicing and partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Technology to ensure error-free invoicing.

You will own monthly bill runs, validate tariff inputs, and drive billing automation to reduce leakage. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential for timely month-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise billing, invoicing or revenue assurance.
• Experience in Fixed, M2M, Cloud, SI or other B2B technology billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly billing for Fixed, M2M, Cloud and SI services.
• Validate bill runs, usage, tariffs and contract inputs before invoicing.
• Ensure timely system invoice and e-bill delivery.
• Control missed billing, incorrect charging, duplicate invoices and revenue leakage.
• Resolve billing queries, downtime claims, credit notes and adjustments within SLA.
