Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Manager, Charging & Billing to own the technology landscape across Charging, Rating, Mediation and Billing platforms within its BSS ecosystem in Islamabad. You will drive governance, modernization, performance and lifecycle management while enabling new products, revenue streams and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/DBSS management experience in telecom.
• Hands-on experience with Charging, Mediation, Rating and Billing systems.
• Knowledge of TM Forum, eTOM and SID standards.
• Experience with ITSM and frameworks including ITIL and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle, roadmap, governance and architecture of Charging, Rating, Mediation and Billing platforms.
• Drive platform modernization to improve performance, scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure availability, security and disaster recovery readiness for business-critical platforms.
• Lead major upgrades, migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Enable new products, services, bundles, promotions, tariffs and enterprise offerings through timely charging capabilities.
• Partner with Commercial, Enterprise and Digital teams to support new product launches and evolving charging models.
• Manage strategic vendors and system integrators against SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audits readiness.
• Act as technology focal point for Charging & Billing initiatives.
• Drive adoption of industry best practices and telecom standards across the ecosystem.
