Job summary

Motive Agency is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our Post Sales Organization, collaborating with Customer Support, Product, Services and Sales Engineering to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics.

You will design dashboards (HEX, Retool, Salesforce reporting), write advanced SQL, and translate business needs into data requirements while ensuring KPI visibility and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and BI.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying and data transformation.
• Experience with HEX or Retool for dashboards is preferred.
• Hands-on with Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets across systems.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and insights for cross-functional teams.
• Drive data consistency and provide KPI visibility for leadership.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to align data sources and governance.
