Job summary

Motive in Lahore is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II to design scalable dashboards, write advanced SQL queries, and translate complex post-sales data into actionable executive insights using Hex, Retool, and Salesforce.

You will partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to define KPIs, establish data governance, and drive improvements in onboarding, support efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills for complex aggregations and window functions.
• Experience producing executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with post-sales metrics and customer success data.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries across data sources.
• Align with cross-functional leaders to define KPIs and data requirements.
• Analyze post-sales trends, onboarding impact, and CSAT metrics.
• Ensure data governance and reporting pipelines.
• Automate data workflows using Python or R.
