Job summary

Zameen is seeking a hands-on Batching Plant Operations Manager to oversee three batching plants across multiple project sites in Lahore. You will ensure timely concrete supply for high-rise developments, including residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in plant operations, strong leadership, and a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and maintain safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in batching plant operations, preferably within high‑rise projects.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of three batching plants across different sites.
• Ensure all plants remain fully operational with minimal downtime.
• Plan production in line with site requirements and project timelines.
• Keep a close check on material stock levels, based on usage and upcoming demand.
• Monitor operations to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Prepare simple and clear reports (planned vs. actual production) for management.
• Keep control over costs and ensure resources are being used effectively.
• Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Supervise plant staff and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the quality of concrete meets project standards.
• Oversee routine maintenance and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
• Make sure all activities follow safety and HSE guidelines.
