Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on and experienced Batching Plant Operations Manager to oversee operations across three batching plants at our project sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and timely concrete supply for our high‑rise developments, including residential, hotel, and mixed‑use projects.

The ideal candidate will be someone who understands both the technical and practical side of plant operations and can manage teams, resources, and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of three batching plants across different sites.
• Ensure all plants remain fully operational with minimal downtime.
• Plan production in line with site requirements and project timelines.
• Keep a close check on material stock levels, based on usage and upcoming demand.
• Monitor operations to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Prepare simple and clear reports (planned vs. actual production) for management.
• Keep control over costs and ensure resources are being used effectively.
• Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Supervise plant staff and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the quality of concrete meets project standards.
• Oversee routine maintenance and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
• Make sure all activities follow safety and HSE guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 10–12 years in batching plant operations, preferably within high‑rise construction projects.
• Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, concrete production, and maintenance.
