Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (2–4 years of experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Spring Boot, or .NET including design, development, debugging and performance optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on‑prem environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability platforms such as ELK, Datadog, Zabbix or Nagios.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in production environments.
• Collaborate across development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and operations teams with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable, secure, high-performing applications using Node.js, Spring Boot, or .NET.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations to support critical services.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and cross-functional teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Support deployments, releases, upgrades, and production operations including incident management.
• Enhance observability through monitoring and logging to improve reliability and performance.
• Drive automation, documentation, and continuous improvement to boost quality and scalability.
