HT Prime in Hafizabad, Punjab, is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Executive for mobile phone spare parts. You will handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email, take and confirm orders from repair shops and wholesalers, and guide customers on compatibility and availability.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales or mobile parts, good Urdu and basic English, and familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Excel.

Qualifications

• Matric or Intermediate is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or mobile parts.
• Good spoken Urdu and basic English.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Take and confirm orders from repair shops and wholesalers.
• Guid e customers on product compatibility and availability.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
• Maintain daily sales records and update customer database.
• Resolve customer complaints and after-sales issues.
