Dong Jian Steel Structure (Pvt) Limited is expanding its footprint in Pakistan with a focused approach on timely completion and cost efficiency for steel structure projects. Based in Faisalabad, we seek a Marketing and Sales professional to build market presence and cultivate client relationships.

You will research markets, promote services to developers and contractors, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and accurate quotations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify prospects and develop B2B sales opportunities in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial markets.
• Understanding of lead generation, customer follow-up, proposal preparation, and sales pipeline management.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office or comparable tools for reports, presentations, quotations, and activity tracking.

Responsibilities

• Research construction, industrial, and infrastructure markets to identify qualified prospects and new opportunities.
• Promote steel structure services to developers, contractors, manufacturers, and other relevant business clients.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications in coordination with technical and project teams.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and provide regular progress and market feedback updates.
• Build long-term client relationships through professional communication and responsive account support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and support business development activities.
