Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is hiring a confident, target-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to drive institutional sales of handwash and hygiene products across Karachi’s industrial zones and Hub.

You will visit factories, corporate offices, and other potential institutional customers to promote our hygiene range. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, lead generation, and the ability to close bulk orders while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B field sales and institutional/corporate accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel daily within Karachi and Hub.

Responsabilités

• Visit factories, industrial units, corporate offices to promote handwash and hygiene products.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of clients.
• Present products to procurement managers and decision-makers.
• Generate leads, follow up, negotiate terms, and close bulk orders.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and orders.

WE ARE HIRING | B2B Field Sales Executive

Fulcrum is hiring for its client in the hygiene products industry!

Salary Budget: PKR 80,000–150,000 per month

Coverage Areas: SITE, Korangi, Landhi, Bin Qasim, North Karachi, and Hub

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to drive institutional sales of handwash and hygiene products across Karachi’s industrial zones and Hub.

• Visit factories, industrial units, corporate offices, and other potential institutional customers to promote handwash and hygiene products.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of corporate and institutional clients.
• Present products to procurement managers, purchase departments, administration teams, and other decision-makers.
• Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, negotiate commercial terms, and close bulk sales orders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage across assigned industrial zones.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, sales leads, client interactions, and order closures.
• Proven experience in B2B Field Sales, Institutional Sales, or Corporate Sales.
• Experience selling FMCG, handwash, hygiene, cleaning, or related products will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in face-to-face sales pitches and dealing with corporate decision-makers.
• Ability to generate leads, secure bulk orders, and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel daily across Karachi’s industrial areas and Hub.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
