Pak Middle East seeks a Business Development Officer to reach out to interior designers, real estate agents, property managers and landlords in Dubai, Sharjah and other Emirates to secure curtains and blinds for multiple properties. The role involves researching new developments, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining CRM with partner statuses and follow-ups.

On-site in E-11 Islamabad, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with interview-based scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written English for business outreach.
• Research skills: finding who actually places the order in a property company.
• Persistence with follow-ups and clear reporting on what produced replies.
• Ability to explain a made-to-measure service simply to a busy professional.
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview.

Aufgaben

• Build lists of interior designers, agents, property managers, landlords and offices in Dubai, Sharjah and the other Emirates
• Contact them by email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp and explain the measure, quote, make and install service
• Research new residential developments and commercial fit-outs likely to need curtains and blinds
• Arrange introductions and trade or multi-property quotations with the sales team
• Keep each partner's status, property count and follow-up date in the CRM
