CBRE, Inc. is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to manage daily AV support and maintain the AV estate within CBRE’s building.

The role acts as the single AV contact, coordinating with S&P employees and external vendors to ensure high-quality AV for meetings and events. You will handle videoconferencing, audiovisual equipment, room scheduling, and post-event fault resolution, with occasional travel to regional SPG offices for VIP events.

• Ability to deliver in accordance with client requirements and work as a team.
• Professional conduct and dress code expected; CBRE stature matters.

Responsabilités

• Videoconference/audio conference set-up and support. Ensure sites connected with good audio/video.
• Configuration of all new & relocated VC systems within EMEA.
• Carry out VC Software updates and store profiles.
• Assist with AV Helpdesk support for AV/VC problems.
• Fault Escalation for Polycom Elite Support.
• AV Equipment set-up and support.
• Ensure all AV hardware are updated with latest firmware.
• Presentation support, including duration support.
• Respond to Work Orders via facilities helpdesk and close them on completion.
• Carry out regular meeting room checks, ensuring equipment functions correctly.
