Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to manage daily AV support and maintain the AV estate within the building.

You will act as the single point of contact for S&P employees and coordinate with external AV vendors for installations and events. This role involves frequent interaction with executive management and managing directors, along with travel within the region to support VIP events.

Qualifications

• The job demands a high level of resourcefulness and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills are imperative in this role.
• Willingness to travel within the region for VIP events and AV installations.
• Experience with AV helpdesk and room checks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support videoconference and audio conference systems; ensure good AV quality.
• Configure VC systems across EMEA and manage software updates.
• Provide AV helpdesk support and fault escalation for Polycom Elite.
• Set up AV in meetings and support presentations, including firmware updates.
• Respond to work orders and close tasks on completion.
• Carry out regular meeting room checks to verify equipment functionality.
