Qualifications

• 1–2 years cashier/front-office experience in retail, automotive dealership or service environment with daily reconciliation responsibilities.
• Proven cash handling experience and adherence to finance controls and anti‑fraud practices.
• Competence with POS terminals and basic accounting software; ability to record transactions accurately and generate simple reports.
• Familiarity with bank deposits and handling multiple payment types (cash, card, bank transfer); preparing deposit slips.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail; ability to detect and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Basic computer literacy and customer service skills; polite communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments for vehicle sales, parts, accessories and service invoices using POS systems and company payment procedures.
• Reconcile daily cash drawer, card receipts and remittances; prepare and submit daily cash reports to finance.
• Verify invoices, receipts, pricing and discounts; ensure correct posting to customer accounts and coordinate with sales and service teams on discrepancies.
• Manage cash deposits and bank runs per policy; maintain secure handling and documentation of funds.
• Provide professional, courteous service at the cashier counter; handle customer queries about bills and payment options and elevate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow confidentiality and anti‑fraud practices.
