Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking an Associate - Project Sales to drive property unit sales, visit clients, understand requirements, and give demonstrations while ensuring timely deal closures.

As the face of the company, you will communicate clearly, brief prospects about relevant properties, arrange site visits, follow up on evolving needs, and maintain strong client relationships to meet daily KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0–3 years experience in real estate or customer services preferred

Purpose of the Job

As an Associate - Project Sales you will be responsible for selling property units, paying visits to clients, understanding client requirements and giving demonstrations while ensuring that deals are closed. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company to ensure each customer has a positive experience at Zameen.com by providing a simple and seamless process.

Main opportunities/challenges for this Job:

• Responsible for generating leads and Sales and timely closure of deals
• Responsible for developing product knowledge and knowledge of routes and sites to timely brief the potential investor
• Monitoring of Daily/monthly/weekly KPI's

Main Accountability:

• Understanding client’s requirements
• Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units
• Ensure that clients are given demonstrations, carry out site visits and timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to understand evolving change in requirements.
• Maintain good relationship with the clients.
• Ensure daily KPI's are met ( Calls/meetings)

Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Experience - 0-3 preferably in real estate/ customer services
