• 10 research publications with at least 4 in the last 5 years in HEC/PEC recognized journals.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual targets assigned by the HoD.
• Work to targets set by the Dean/Director to ensure high-quality teaching and learning environment for students.
• Teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.
• Develop learning materials, prepare schemes of work and monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
• Contribute to module information packs, assignments and examination questions; assess progress and provide feedback.
• Continue to develop teaching and learning skills and contribute to teaching program planning.
• Employ innovative teaching strategies and facilitate experiential learning during lessons.
• Liaise and maintain good relationships with academic colleagues and colleagues in practice.

REQUIREMENTS: PhD in the relevant field (e.g. Biomedical or Electrical Engineering) from Institution recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC. 10-years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/ College/University or 10-years professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization out of which 2-years must be teaching experience. OR 5-years post PhD teaching/ research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. 10 research publications with at least 4 in the last 5 years in HEC/PEC recognized journals.
