Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in physiology/physiotherapy using modern and interactive teaching methods.
• Supervise research projects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Play an active role in curriculum development, examination processes, and student mentoring.
• Contribute to institutional research culture through publications, presentations, and collaborations.
• Support the department in administrative functions, quality assurance processes, accreditation documentation, CME’s for students and co‑curricular activities.
• Engage in student counselling, coordination, and guidance, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of high‑quality curriculum.
• Contribute to discussion on institutional student’s issues and perform other duties that may be allocated from time to time by the Principal.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
• MPhil/MS (or equivalent degree) in Physiology/Physiotherapy, with 4-6 years of teaching/research experience.
