Job summary

A logistics company is seeking to hire an Associate Logistics to oversee daily operations at their Karachi-based office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English skills, communication abilities, and ideally, experience in a 3PL logistics organization. Responsibilities include managing emails, tracking shipments, and coordinating logistics staff. The position offers a salary between 40,000 to 50,000 PKR along with various fringe benefits such as health policy and paid leaves.

Qualifications

• Prior 6 months - 1 year experience in a 3PL Logistics Organization preferred.
• Can handle overseas customers over the call.
• Experience may substitute for education if applicant has strong knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Auction all email with minimum response time.
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers and truckers.

Overview

LDP Logistics is calling out (Fresh & Experienced) Associate Logistics to look after day to day Operations.

Responsibilities

• Auction all email with minimum response time
• Day to day updating of internal sheets and Company's Web Portals
• Timely documentation Delivery Orders, Bill of Lading, Release Docs, Proof of Delivery, Rate con, Load Con etc
• Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) as required
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers and truckers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

The Skill Set

• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Prior 6 months - 1 year experience in a 3PL Logistics Organization is strongly preferred
• Supply Chain graduates / Undergraduates are encouraged to apply
• Quick Learner and keen on working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can handle overseas customers over the call
• Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability
• Familiar with basics of Ms Excel - Can understand and analyze data
